American Head Charge : AHC, who were scheduled for only one headlining UK date, have added more: 15 May @ Dudley JB's, 20 May @ London Mean Fiddler, 21 May @ Sheffield Leadmill, 22 May @ Newcastle University, 23 May @ Nottingham Rock City, 24 May @ Swansea Patty Pavilion. There is a big gap betweem the first date and the rest, so that could, and hopefully will mean more. Also look out for them on tour with Rammstein.

17.04.02 :
Soil : Soil are coming back to the UK, so far though, the only dates I can find are : 02 June @ Glasgow Garage, and 27 June @ London Mean Fiddler. There's rather a big gap between them, so I reckon there will be a lot more dates.

Suicidal Tendancies : Suicidal Tendancies are playing the UK soon, only date available just now in Glasgow - 21 July @ Glasgow Garage.

14.04.02 :
Saves The Day : Saves The Day have added another date to their UK tour, 16 May @ Birmingham Academy 2.

American Head Charge : American Head Charge will wrap up their support slot with Rammstein with a headline show of theirs in the Mean Fiddler on May 20.

The Hives : The Hives are to headline the Lost Weekend! How cool! It will be @ London Docklands arena on 13 July.

Fenix Tx : Tex-mex pop-punks Fenix Tx, have announced another band for their already kicked off UK tour with Rx Bandits, and the band is called Verdetta Red. But they won't be supporting on the added dates, which I still haven't added yet, on those dates it will be 'varied local support', including Shootin Goon in Cardif.

05.04.02 :
The Hives : Swedish lot, the Hives, have signed a deal to Warner Bros. in the US because their latest CD was getting too popular for them to handle. Although apparently they're not signed to record, i't's only for distribution, but they can do what they want, because they are law and you are crime, remember that!

No Use For A Name : No Use For A Name have unvieled the track listings for their new album; 1. Feels Like Home 2. International You Day 3. Pre-Medicated Murder 4. Dumb Reminders 5. Any Numbers Can Play 6. Friends Of The Enemy 7. Angela 8. Let Me Down 9. This Is A Rebel Song 10. Solitaire 11. Undefeated 12. Insecurity Alert 13. Nailed Shut. The album is too be called 'Hard Rock Bottom', and should be released on June 13th as far as I know.

MxPx : MxPx are to release a new CD of greatest hits on May 21st, which will contain 20 songs including 2 new ones, namely 'Running Away' and 'My Mistake' and a re-recording of their song 'Punk Rawk Show'. The album as far as I know is being released through Tooth And Nail Records.

King Prawn : UK punks King Prawn are off on another UK jaunt, dates coming soon!

04.04.02 :
American Head Charge : American Head Charge and guitarist Wayne Kile have amicably decided to go their separate ways. Replacing Wayne is Brian Ottoson from the Minneapolis band Black Flood Diesel, who served as guitar tech for AHC bassist Chad Hanks a few years ago. The band have also confirmed the first single from their new album 'The War Of Art' will be 'Just So You Know', and the single and the video for it will be released on April 9th. And according to Kerrang AHC will be doing some UK dates of their own soon, after their successful arena tour with Slipknot, and their own UK club tour, which went from originally scheduled 4 dates to around 20.

02.04.02 :
Hoobastank : Nu-metallers Hoobastank have made an online game thing to coincide with their latest single 'Crawling In The Dark. Check it out here.

Scottish Punk : Scottish punk rockers the Alpacinos, and the Cherrykicks are talking about releasing a split single, which would rock if it all went ahead, and would do wonders for the Scottish punk scene.

30.03.02 :
Saves The Day : Looks like Saves The Day are coming here. The only date I have found is in Glasgow (as ever) but i'm sure they'll announce a full tour. Trust them to play a show right in the middle of the fucking exams! Lucky me - I don't have an exam the next day, and for any other Scottish folk that need this, the exams the next day are : Buisiness Management, and Economics. Oh and the show date is 13th May in the Cathouse.

28.03.02 :
Millencolin : Millencolins show in London on the 28th April, has been moved from the Astoria, to the somewhat bigger Brixton Academy.

P.O.D. : More support has been announced for the P.O.D. upcoming UK tour, and now joining ill Nino will be Skindred.

Earthtone 9 : Although they're not that great, I thought it'd be worth posting that Earthtone 9 are to split up. In an official statement from the band they said - "After the completion of their London Garage show on Saturday April 13 Earthtone9 will disband. After four years, three albums, two ep's and countless tours the five-piece have decided to call it a day". So there we go.

Guttermouth : Guttermouth's show for the 26th April, which was scheduled for a venue in Wales, has been changed to the London Astoria. And the support for that tour is The Line, and Sixty Mile Smile.

Deconstruction News : No Use For A Name have cancelled their slot on the Deconstruction tour, and brought in in place of them is the Mad Caddies. No Use For A Name won't play the tour because their new album Hard Rock Bottom will be released worldwide onJune, 13th now and they won't be able to come over here right before that date. Bit of a bollocks reason, but the Mad Caddies are better, and NUFAN'll come back before the end of the year more than likely.

23.03.02 :
Rammstein : More support has been announced for the Rammstein tour. The support will now be American Head Charge, and K.M.F.D.M, whoever they are.

New Found Glory : Pop-punks New Found Glory have announced the support for their upcoming UK tour, and it's Finch, and The Starting Line.

22.03.02 :
ill Nino : Roadrunner 6 piece nu-metal outfit ill Nino are going to be the support for P.O.D. on their upcoming UK tour...I apologise for ever posting the Puddle Of Mudd thing...

21.03.02 :
Word On The Street : Word On The Street has it that Puddle Of Mudd, who are playing a one off with P.O.D. in France or something, will be supporting them on the whole European 'Youth Of The Nation' Tour.

Deconstruction : Deconstruction Tour 2002 has been finalised now. The line up is - Lagwagon, Mighty Might Bosstones, Lost Prophets (???), No Use For A Name, Midtown, The Movielife, Randy, Turbo Ac's, H20, and All. The UK shows are scheduled to be : 03 June @ London FInnsbury Park London, and 04 June @ Glasgow SECC. Tickets will be on sale very soon.

18.03.02 :
Millencolin : Swedish Skate-Punks Millencolin, are now officially scheduled for UK Ozzfest...they're well going to fit in on that bill, with Slayer, System Of A Down, and Ozzy Osbourne...yeah right!

17.03.02 :
Word On The Street : Word on the street has it that Less Than Jake are supporting Bad Religion on their upcoming UK tour...but I severley doubt it.

American Head Charge : American Head Charge are definetly the support for Rammstein on their upcoming tour of the UK. I might consider going now.

Less Than Jake : I have found another date for LTJ's upcoming UK tour, in June. Although it's still not a fully announced tour, the dates are slowly coming through. The next date is 27 June @ Hall For Cornwall, Cornwall. I have never heard of that venue before, but it's probably pretty big.

15.03.02 :
Rammstein Tour : The support for Rammsteins upcoming UK tour is most likely said to be American Head Charge, who supported Slipknot on their recent UK tour. (Click here for a review of the Glasgow show)

Less Than Jake : Gainsville skanksters Less Than Jake, as far as I know are going to be going to be doing a full UK tour in June, but at the moment, only one date is confirmed, and that is, 26 June @ The London Forum. HOPEFULLY more dates to come!!

10.03.02 :
Leftover Crack : Leftover Crack's upcoming Glasgow show has been moved from the 13th Note Club, to the Cathouse, because the 13th Note is being taken over by Barfly. The show will still be on the same night, and same support as far as I know.

Guttermouth : So 'Cal punk crew Guttermouth are coming to the UK in April for a fairly long tour, yet still not coming to Scotland, but it's all good. And their new Album, as far as I know, is scheduled to be released sometime not long before the summer, but I could be wrong

Festivals : The Hives, The Foo Fighters, and No Doubt, will all be playing on the Sunday of the two-day T In The Park Festival. No Doubt are also playing at Glasonbury, and playing their own headlining show in Brixton Academy on 27 June. RUMOURED to be appearing at Reading / Leeds this year also, No Doubt, Offspring, Sum 41, KoRn, and also, the very more than likely un-true rumours that Pearl Jam and Metallica are going to be making appearences. Confirmed for Ozzfest 2002 so far, System Of A Down, Tool, Slayer, Cradle Of Filth, and obviously Ozzy himself, and I also heard a rumour that American Head Charge are playing it as well.

Rammstein : German insane posse, Rammstein, are heading to the UK for a 4 date trek. Check out tour page for dates.

08.03.02 :
Updates : Sorry about the huge lack of updates on the site! I've been trying to re-design it the whole time, but couldn't get anything good enough, and still can't, but i'm just going to stick to this for just now. I will be doing a review of Alkaline Trio on Sunday night when I get home probably, and i'll do the same with the Sum 41 one.

21.02.02 :
Support Update : On Alkaline Trio's upcoming UK tour, the support is to be Face To Face, plus another band yet to be announced. And on Spunges the support is going to U-S pop-punks Bowling For Soup, which is very surprising as they are about twice as big as Spunge, but it should be a good gig.

19.02.02 :
Bad Religion : So 'Cal punk legends Bad Religion are going to be heading here for a short but sweet UK tour in May, check out the Tour Dates page for the dates of the tour. The support for the tour is not known to me yet, but i'll post it here once i know.

Pop-Punk For All : New Found Glory and Fenix Tx have both announced UK tour dates for April/May, which you can find in the Tour Dates sectuion of the site. I still can only find the Glasgow date for the New Found Glory tour, but what kind of band comes from American and just plays Scotland? If anyone finds out the dates, please let us know.

Site News : I'm thinking about trying to find a new server for the web site, as the Tripod ones really aren't very good at all. Also, soon, I will be finishing off the reviews of Incubus, the Dropkick Murphys, Slipknot, and CD Reviews of, The Smashing Pumpkins, Hoobastank, Alkaline Trio, The Hives, and anything else that I get my hands on mean time!

Lightyear : British Ska-Punks Lightyear, every and any American bands first support choice when they come over here, are going to be supporting The Suicide Machines. Check out the Tour Dates page for the dates of the tour.

Other Shows : As i'm sure we all know, Caffeine and the 4ft Fingers are doing a fairly large tour of the uk, dates are in the Tour Dates section, and if you stay near any of the places on the tour, then it's definetly worth checking out as they're two of the best bands that the UK has to offer right now. Reel Big Fish have announced the dates of their UK tour, and they have excluded Glasgow from it, typical! So I will be having to take another jaunt down south to Northampton, where they are playing the Roadhaus on the 19th of March I think, but check the Tour Dates page for the dates, and if you have the chance to go and see them, jump at it, not a band you want to miss. And Spunge are off on the road again, and The Suicide Machines, and probably some other bands that ive forgotten about.

13.02.02 :
Alkaline Trio : Chicago three piece pop-punks Alkaline Trio are coming back to the UK in March. To my knowledge they aren't playing at all of the places they had announced they would be in January, when they had intentions of a full UK tour, without a Glasgow show, but this time they do have a Glasgow show, in the QMU on March 10th, I of course already have my ticket, and once I know the rest of the tour dates I will post them up here.

Capdown : Capdown are off on yet another UK headlining tour, and as usual the only date that I know is the Glasgow one, and it is April 11th @ The Cathouse. So if you're in or around Glasgow get down to that. For the rest of the dates check out the Household Name Records web site, and also here very soon.

Reel Big Fish : As i'm sure we all already know, Reel Big Fish are going to be supporting Sum 41, on their upcoming European tour, and apparently RBF are going to be staying in the UK and playing a few headlining shows, running from the end of the tour until the end of March, but that's just a rumour, so who knows? Lets hope it's true.

Other Shows : Leftover Crack are coming back, and playing what will probably be a fairly large tour of the UK and the rest of Europe, and once again the only date known to me is Glasgow, @ the 13th Note, on June 19th, with around 5 or 6 other bands playing there, and the admission will be 6 quid. Five Knuckle are touring the UK with Da Skywalkers, and Lightyear are doing a tour as well, both well worth checking out.
