Based in Glasgow, Eight Page Pullout formed in Oban on the West Coast in August 2001. Already being friends, they immediately clicked as a band and by November had recorded their first demo, It's All Relative. While recording at Core Studios they were put in touch with a gig organiser in Irvine, and had their first Glasgow based gig in December. After posting out a few copies of their demo, the band came into contact with Kelvin of Twisted Ape Promotions and soon the gigs started flooding in.

Playing venues such as the Cathouse, Nice 'n' Sleazy, and the 13th Note with bands like 4ft Fingers and B-Movie Heroes, Eight Page Pullout were swiftly gaining experience, and whilst playing regularly with other local bands like The CherryKicks, concentrated on creating a fanbase.

Last year after meeting Brian Guthrie, manager of Nerve, and being advised to work on their stage show, the band started trying to expand further than just their Kinder Egg theme. No longer were their gigs simply a show of good music, but an all round entertaining performance.

This work paid off in February when they were offered a gig supporting Caffeine with three other bands in April. The guys were happy to hear that they were slotted to play second before 4ft Fingers, a band they had previously played first support for.

Truly they had made their first big step up.

Eight Page Pullout are currently working on new material while playing gigs in and around Glasgow.
